How To Return Petitions

Please make sure the county field at the top of the pages and the circulator information fields at the bottom are complete!

If possible, paperclip your petition pages together into a packet with a blank sheet of paper listing your name, the number of petition pages you are sending in, and the total number of signatures on those pages.

Then mail your petition packet to:
